Miami-Dade County residents whose annual income is between $22,590 - $30,120 can ride Metrobus and Metrorail for half price with the Commuter-Reduced Fare EASY Card.

• A valid Florida Driver’s License or Florida ID showing a Miami-Dade County physical address
• Sample proof of income:
  • Previous Year's Tax Return
  • Previous Year's Tax Return Transcript
  • 1 month of recent paycheck stubs (new applicants only)
  • A current valid Florida ID or driver’s license with a Miami-Dade County physical address.
  • Proof of income
    • Previous Year's Tax Return (self-prepared Tax Returns not accepted)
    • Previous Year's Tax Return Receipt
    • $5 for the first replacement
    • $20 for the second replacement
    • $50 for each replacement thereafter

    A fee waiver is available when an original police report is presented, listing the card as a stolen item.
